Hiddify macOS Download: PKG, DMG, and First Installation

Select PKG or DMG based on how you want to install Hiddify on macOS, then continue to the first-launch steps.

Package choice

Confirm the Device and Install Route

Why this comes first: the operating system, CPU architecture, and install route determine whether a file can run. File size and download speed do not prove compatibility. Common packages appear first; choose a special format only for its stated condition.

PKG
Apple M series users can start with PKG and complete the standard macOS installer and authorization flow; the upstream package also supports Intel and is not architecture-exclusive. If macOS blocks installation or launch, verify the official source and Privacy & Security message instead of disabling system-wide protection.
DMG
Opens as a disk image for installation.

How to Install After Downloading

Install by Package Type
Follow the installer for PKG. For DMG, open the image, move the app to Applications, and launch it from that folder.

Handle the First-open Prompt
If macOS blocks the first launch, confirm the file came from the official link on this page, then review the blocked app in Privacy & Security instead of disabling system-wide protection.

After a Successful Install

Once the dashboard opens, import a profile and wait for the proxy list to refresh. Choose a proxy, connect, and load a real page in the browser or app you normally use.

macOS File Verification (When Needed)

After using an accelerated source, an interrupted transfer, or a security warning, compare the SHA-256 for the same filename. A normal official-source download does not require verification every time.
